Position: Workshop Manager
Even whilst still in higher education Seb still has a CV that most engineers would be envious of. With experience in most forms of motorsport, even the upper echelon of F1, through to BTCC and GT racing. All this by the age of 22 is impressive! Seb is most at home in an engine bay and is always looking for ways to increase power and reliability.
Position: Head of Motorsport development
As a graduate engineer and a grade A race instructor, Nico has a unique perspective of vehicle handling and performance due to this duel layered knowledge. This perception of the full vehicle and driver package allows him a greater grasp of what will improve the team’s performance the greatest, within a given budget.
Position: Chief Race Engineer
Matthew has a love of anything with wheels! He loves nothing more than taking on a project, whether it is a car, van or bike, and completely rebuilding it. It is this meticulous approach that instils reliability and performance into every vehicle he oversees.
